GBIC-Demo Project - SMU Connexion

The SMU Connexion is a five-storey and triangular-shaped institutional building with a total gross floor area of 8,565 square meters. As a part of Singapore Management University’s commitment towards developing a smart, green and sustainable campus, this building has achieved the Green Mark Platinum (Zero Energy) standard from Building and Construction Authority (BCA).
