The Tropical Home Energy Efficiency Assessment (THEEA) is a tool developed by Super Low Energy Building (SLEB) Smart Hub of the Building and Construction Authority (BCA) to predict your home’s electricity consumption, thereby assessing how energy-efficient your home is, based on the inputs provided. If your home is still under construction, THEEA serves as an indicative projection of the electricity consumption in your home after you have moved in.

The predicted electricity consumption for your home is {{ result.savingRatio }} less than the national average. However, this does not meet the optimal energy efficiency level determined by THEEA. Take a look at the projected chart below based on the national average for similar residence type and features.
10 kWh is equivalent to driving 50km in an electric vehicle. That's like driving from Tuas to Changi!
100 kg CO2 is around what 5 fully grown trees can absorb per year.
A large bulk of your monthly electrical consumption comes from your air-conditioning use. Try to reduce air-conditioning use, especially in the daytime.
Home appliances with energy labels consume less energy and lowers your monthly electrical bills. Thousands of dollars in nett cost could be saved over the lifetime of these products.
Use energy efficient lighting such as LED bulbs to save energy. Using a reading light can also reduce the wattage required for ambient lighting.
Standby power can amount to up to 10% of total energy use in homes. Switch off your appliances and power sockets when not in use.
